Had a lovely spacious room with a nice view! Staff were super helpful, even helped condense our luggage for shipping. Only downside was lack of free bottled water. 😅

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious my room was! The pleasant temperature made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being right next to a mall with great eateries was such a bonus for convenience.

My stay at Hearton Hotel Higashi-Shinagawa was delightful! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, right across from a shopping center with plenty of dining options.

Decent option for a holiday in Tokyo with high value for money. The free Japanese breakfast was a nice surprise. Take advantage of the airport shuttle for easy transport.

Amenities like a water heating device and a clean bathroom with quality products. Staff were helpful, even assisting with luggage and providing daily cleaning, but the Wi-Fi could use improvement. The breakfast options were varied, yet the coffee didn't meet expectations.

hearton hotel higashi-shinagawa was a great home base. it’s super close to the seaside subway and the aomono yokocho train stations, which made getting around a breeze. there’s a shopping center nearby with a supermarket and convenience stores, perfect for snacks and essentials. the staff were really helpful, making our stay even better.

the rooms were a bit small for two people.

This lovely hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station. I especially appreciated having breakfast options that included both Western and Japanese styles. The staff were accommodating, ensuring my large family, including grandkids, felt welcome and comfortable during our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the rooms had more space for family activities.

Had a solid time here! The room was bigger than I thought it’d be, with comfy beds and a nice view. Loved that there’s a mall right across the street with plenty of shops and food options. The breakfast wasn’t great though—didn’t really enjoy the coffee. Staff were friendly and super helpful throughout.
